1. WHAT DOES IT COST TO HIRE AN ACOUSTIC WEDDING SINGER?
The price comes down to the act, how many sets they play and how much of the day they’re covering, from a solo singer at a ceremony to a three-piece across the full day. Couples who hire acoustic wedding singers through us tell us the date, the venue and roughly how much they want to spend, and we price the day accordingly from there.
2. HOW FAR WILL YOUR ACOUSTIC ACTS TRAVEL?

Plenty travel further for the right booking, with any travel cost agreed before you commit. This is one of our most common bookings. Keeping one act throughout the ceremony, the drinks, and the wedding breakfast gives your special day a consistent tone and maintains the perfect atmosphere through to the last course. Mention it at the enquiry stage and we’ll map the timings around your running order.
4. HOW LONG DO ACOUSTIC SINGERS FOR WEDDINGS PERFORM FOR?
A ceremony booking is built around specific moments rather than a set length. Beyond that, the standard booking is two 45-minute sets, with a full-day package if you want music across the drinks reception and wedding breakfast too. If you want the afternoon to finish on an upbeat note, that’s easy to build in, and adding percussion or a sax player makes for a more memorable performance.
5. DO ACOUSTIC ACTS BRING THEIR OWN SOUND EQUIPMENT?
Yes, scaled to the room. An intimate ceremony needs very little, while a marquee or an outdoor set calls for more. If your venue has a sound limiter, restricted access times or a tight setup window, let us know early and we’ll put you with an act already set up for it, so the sound sits as the perfect backdrop to the room.
6. WILL A SINGER LEARN A SONG THAT ISN’T IN THEIR SET?
Most are glad to, as long as there’s time to rehearse it. Share the tracks you want and any you’d rather they avoided, and they’ll work them into the range of music they already play. Songs built around studio production don’t always translate to voice and guitar, and we’ll say so rather than promise it. A few weeks’ notice is usually enough for the act to have it ready for the day.
