1. DO I NEED TO HIRE A DJ AS WELL AS A WEDDING BAND?
Not necessarily. Most of our wedding bands offer a wedding DJ service between their live sets, so there’s no dead air while they take a break. If you want a DJ for the full night alongside the band, we can help you put that together too. It depends on how long you want live music running and what the venue’s schedule looks like. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll talk you through the options.
2. CAN MY WEDDING BAND ARRIVE EARLY / STAY LATE?
This varies by act and depends on the venue’s access times and your running order. Most bands need an hour or two to set up and soundcheck before the evening kicks off, so it’s worth factoring that in when you’re planning the day. If you need the band to stay later than their standard finish time, some acts can extend. Just let us know early so we can confirm what’s possible and build it into the contract.
3. CAN I GIVE A LIST OF SONGS TO THE BAND TO PLAY AT MY WEDDING?
You can absolutely share the tracks you love and any you’d rather avoid. Most bands work from a core setlist but will take your preferences into account when putting it together.
